1.1 By placing an order on this website through our shop, over the phone or via email, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

1.2  Changes to these terms of use may be made at any time without notice.

1.3 Our normal working days are Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding public holidays (if necessary), subject to some celebration days falling on Sunday.

1.4 Local deliveries and collection service are available on Friday and Saturday unless otherwise arranged. See section 4 for delivery service.


2.1 Images shown do not depict the exact colour or flower content that will be delivered. The images shown represent the style and shape of the product that will be delivered to give a better understanding of what is available.. We reserve the right to change the colour scheme and flower content each week to ensure our customers receive the best of what the season has to offer.

2.2 Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

2.3 Some flower and plant products may be extremely harmful or poisonous (lilies in particular can be extremely toxic to cats). If you require further information please contact Rachael before placing your order.

2.4 All products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and/or quality without notice. Where necessary we may contact the customer to agree a suitable substitution.

2.5 In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 7 working days after the intended delivery/collection date.

2.6  Orders must be placed by Tuesday for delivery on Friday or Saturday of the same week, unless another delivery day has been specifically requested. See section 4 for delivery services.

2.7 We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery/collection. Should the flowers fail to last this length of time, please contact Rachael as soon as possible to organise a complimentary replacement bouquet. A replacement bouquet will not be delivered if you contact us 7 or more days after placing your order, as the flowers will have lasted the length of time guaranteed.


3.1 Prices listed are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date of submitting your order.

3.2 Prices shown or agreed include VAT and exclude the cost of delivery.

3.3 Cost of delivery is dependent on the recipient's postcode. Unless collecting or within a specific postcode range, the cost of delivery will vary. See section 4 for  delivery services.

3.4 Product prices are subject to change without notice.



4.1 We are currently operating a contact free local delivery and collection service.

4.2 To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full name and address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that in the event of any delivery problems being encountered we may contact you and confirm delivery details to ensure delivery to be made.

4.3 Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be fulfilled on the requested delivery date or during the delivery period, you acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or reimburse your payment in full.


4.4 Flowers sent to business addresses (including but not exclusive to: offices, hospitals, funeral directors, airports and hotels), will be delivered in good faith to a main reception or collection point, and where possible a signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the recipient/organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

4.5 Please be aware that we deliver your goods to the address provided in good faith and we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient is no longer at that address and the receiver refuses or fails to return the item(s).

4.6 Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left confirming attempted delivery, stating where the delivery has been left – either a safe place or with neighbours, based on customers’ instructions and our judgement of local conditions.

4.7 Please note if we are unable to find someone to accept delivery, or unable to leave the delivery in a secure location, we will leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact and rearrange delivery. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.

4.8 Before placing your order, please review delivery cut-off times and prices. Despatch of products will be arranged after we have received payment or notification of this.

4.9 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform in our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including but not exclusive to) fire, flood, storm and other natural disasters, and interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.



5.1 You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment detail.s

5.2 We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards.

5.3 By clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our Terms and Conditions contained in these terms and conditions and appearing anywhere on the website.

5.4 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

5.5 We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of 18 years.


Promotional Codes

6.1 Promotional codes (also referred to as ‘voucher’ or ‘discount’ codes) can be used against all available products, unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Promotional codes will be advertised primarily via the Wild Rose Instagram  and Facebook pages, unless advertised on the Wild Rose website.

6.3 Promotional codes must be entered in the relevant section of the order process. We are unable to apply a promotional code to orders that have already been placed.

6.4 Promotional codes are usually restricted to one use per customers and should not be passed on to additional recipients.

6.5 Promotional codes may also be set to a maximum number of redemptions - if we are not able to accept the promotional code you have entered it will be because the code has expired or the maximum redemption level for the promotion has been met. We will advise you accordingly in the order process and the discount will not be applied.

6.6 Selected promotional codes may be restricted for use against specified products or services - details or any restrictions will be communicated at the point where we promote the promotional code to you. We reserve the right to apply promotional codes to specific products or services without notice.

6.7 Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative or used in conjunction with any other promotions.

6.8 The promotional code entitles you to a percentage discount against the product price or cost of delivery depending on the offer advertised.

6.9 Promotional codes may be withdrawn or suspended without notice for any reason. We will advise you within the order process if we cannot accept the promotional code you have entered.
