We do not accept any responsibility for the failure of post rooms/delivery services for products being delivered nationwide.
We do not give delivery time slots except for weddings, events and funeral tributes.
If you require specific flowers/equipment please call at least 24 hours before delivery is required.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery are subject to a cancellation fee.
Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not offer re-deliveries beyond the delivery date, nor are we able to offer a refund if the flowers have already left the workshop for delivery.
Due to the seasonal availability of flowers we cannot guarantee to always meet specific requirements. If a particular flower isn't available we will replace it with one of equal or greater value, as close to your requirements as possible.
